Description
Nutritional Analysis via dietary recall is a service where detailed information is recorded and collected either by a face to face interview or an emailed diary on all food and drinks consumed during the last 24 hours, 3 or 7 days. The participant records all food and drink consumed into a booklet provided once they have been shown what to do. Once the diary has been filled in a full nutritional analysis will be completed and returned so that you can review your current nutritional intake and eating habits.
